At Jivenson, we take great care to ensure that all our Nutraceutical, Pharmaceutical, Ayurvedic, and Cosmetic products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.Due to the sensitive nature of these categories, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once a product has been sold and delivered.

Why No Returns or Refunds?

  • Health, hygiene, and safety regulations prevent us from re-stocking or reselling returned items.
  • Products such as supplements, medicines, ayurvedic formulations, and personal care items are prone to contamination if returned.

Exceptions (Only if Applicable)

We will only offer a replacement or refund in the following rare cases:

  • You receive a product that is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
  • You receive an incorrect product that does not match your order.

In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at jivesons06@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos/videos as proof. Our team will review and assist you.

Important Notes

  • Products will only be replaced if reported within 48 hours of delivery.
