At Jivenson Homes, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience when booking accommodations in our PG facilities. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel your booking or request a refund. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our guidelines and procedures in such situations.

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Booking Cancellation by Customer:

Customers may cancel their booking with Jivenson Homes subject to the following cancellation terms:

- Cancellation made on days or more before the scheduled check-in date: Full refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable processing fees.

- Cancellation made once scheduled check-in is done then: No refund will be provided.

1.2 Early Departure:

If a customer decides to depart earlier than the scheduled check-out date, no refund will be provided for the remaining unused nights.

1.3 No-Show:

If a customer fails to arrive for their reservation without prior cancellation, no refund will be provided, and the full booking amount will be charged.

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will only be processed for cancellations made within the applicable cancellation period as outlined in section 1.1 above.

2.2 Refund Processing Time:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days from the date of cancellation request approval. Please note that the refund may take additional time to reflect in your account depending on your payment method and financial institution.

2.3 Refund Method:

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original booking unless otherwise specified by the customer.

3. Procedure for Cancellation and Refund Requests

Customers must submit their cancellation requests in writing via email to info_care@jivenson.com. The cancellation request must include the booking reference number, customer's name, contact details, and reason for cancellation.

Once the cancellation request is received, it will be reviewed by our team, and eligibility for a refund will be determined based on the applicable cancellation policy.

4. Force Majeure

Jivenson Homes reserves the right to modify or waive the cancellation and refund policy in cases of force majeure events, such as natural disasters, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
